EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

Steamboat is a year-round wonderland of events and activities that will satisfy any traveler’s interests. From outdoor activities, to live music, and everything in between, there’s always something to do in this mountain town. So, whether you’re planning your next winter ski trip or a summer hiking adventure, be sure to check out these top events in Winter Park this month.

1. Bud Light Rocks The Boat - Interested in seeing some live music? Steamboat Resort will be hosting a concert series at the base area at 3:30pm April 5th, 12th, and 13th!

2. 43rd Annual Cardboard Classic - This wild and hilarious no-miss race on April 12th from 11:30am - 1:00pm features homemade cardboard vessels racing down Stampede to a hysterical finish.

3. Splashdown Pond Skim - The Splashdown Pond Skim brings brave skiers and riders in costume with a shared goal of crossing the icy pond successfully – and, if they’re lucky, with style! Catch this event from 1:00pm - 2:30pm on April 13th at the base of the Resort.



DINING GUIDE

When visiting Steamboat Springs, Colorado, there is no shortage of incredible dining options to satisfy every palate. From casual bistros to upscale restaurants, the mountain town offers a diverse culinary scene that celebrates local flavors and international cuisine. 1. The Range Food & Drink Hall - Located at the base of Steamboat Resort, this eclectic hub features a variety of dining options and two full service bars. Enjoy daily grab-n-go breakfast from 7:30am - 10:30am & lunch/dinner from 11:00am - 6:00pm open until closing day on April 20th.

2. Mambo Italiano - “Mambos” as the locals call it, is a family style Italian restaurant serving New York style pizza and flavorful pasta dishes. Their menu also features an extensive wine list and craft cocktails.

3. E3 Chophouse - Situated on the banks of the Yampa River, E3 features the best seasonal, all-natural products available – a spin on “Farm-to-Table” think “Ranch-to-Table.” Take in the sweeping views of the Yampa River while enjoying some of the finest steaks in the West!
