"This place is fabulous! It's spacious yet cozy. It is very attractively appointed and well stocked throughout. The WiFi is great(far better than at my house). I really enjoyed having the hot tub on the patio to relax. The beds are all really comfortable and made with really comfy sheets. The location is great with restaurants nearby and centrally located between the ski area and town.

"Our recent stay at this modern home was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself is large yet incredibly warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between contemporary design and cozy comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—especially with the delightful gift that greeted us. The living spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Whether you’re looking to unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring or host a friendly ping pong tournament in the spacious recreation room, this home has it all. We were particularly charmed by the festive Christmas tree set up for Thanksgiving, adding a special holiday touch to our stay. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 13, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The responsive and attentive hosts were always available to answer our questions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this home. It's a perfect retreat for large groups, families, or anyone wanting a memorable getaway.

"This house had so much space and we liked the location. So easy to get to the resort. Great views and our kids loved sledding right out back. Hoping to come back!

"Everything was excellent except operating the TV. We finally found the button behind the screen. One of the remotes needed batteries. The apartment was gorgeous and well furnished. The heated garage was appreciated.

Wildhorse Retreat

"We had an incredible stay at Wildhorse Retreat! The location truly couldn't be better. The home itself was thoughtfully designed with fun textures and top tier amenities. It's a very short walk to the community pool, restaurants, and community Gondola which made it so convenient for exploring the mountain area. Not only was it close to the slopes, but the grocery store was under 5 minutes away which was a blessing for us as we love to cook! The property was immaculate, with plenty of space, a cozy atmosphere, our family appreciated every moment. If you're looking for a hassle-free, prime location with everything you need right at your doorstep, this is the place to stay! We will definitely be back!

"This was an amazing condo and a perfect location. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to pretty much everything you need. The free bus in Steamboat was super convenient and just a few minutes to the grocery store (also an easy drive if you have your own car.) The Yampa River trail is also just a few minutes away. The description of the condo was accurate and the amenities provided were perfect. I was here on a work trip but this would also be a great spot for families. I will for sure be back!

"This unit was cozy and comfortable with everything needed for a successful stay. The kitchen was especially well stocked and spacious. Howelsen Place is wonderfully located close to shops and restaurants as the downtown area and Yampa River Core Trail were the focus of our stay. The staff at Steamboat Lodging Co was very responsive when I called to ask about a malfunctioning gas fireplace and sent someone quickly to make the necessary adjustments that got it going. The staff also took note that our stay was in celebration of a birthday, and had left a nice gift bag for us to find!

"Condo is in great location walkable to many restaurants. Very clean and well equipped. Rental company was very easy to work with, even let us check in early. Overall great experience.

"Alpen Glow Row House 5 is the perfect location for downtown Steamboat as we walked everywhere! The Condo is well appointed, high end furnishings and wonderful overall layout. But the stars of the show are always the staff! We have rented from this company either in Steamboat and/or Winter Park many times and their efforts to make sure everything runs smoothly is greatly appreciated as they are always a phone call away. "My husband and I had the most wonderful experience through Steamboat Lodging Company! The home was perfect for our 5 day stay! Our labradoodle, Tika, was welcomed with open arms! Nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to restaurants. Steamboat Lodging Co. was literally THE best vacation rental company to coordinate our Colorado vacation.
