By Peter, Posted: 07/08/2024EagleRidge Landing had everything we needed and more for our annual 4th of July trip to Steamboat! We spent almost a week here and really got to know the house. The three levels offered a lot of privacy for our three families and all the rooms were quiet and fit everyone nicely. Bedding is top notch and so comfy! The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice we didn't have to buy condiments. We had dinner on the deck and that was delightful. The best part of this home is that it's right across from the amazing pool and hot tubs. Our kids spent hours here and it was so easy to run home (1 min walk) when we needed something. We also walked to the resort base area a few times and that was easy, even for my 80 y/o parents. Steamboat Lodging Company came and fixed an issue we had and Bobby was communicative and lovely. One small issue is limited parking at the home, but there's plenty of overflow parking so it really wasn't an issue at all. I'm already ready to book this place next year!

By Nick, Posted: 06/26/2024The building and grounds were great. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and the central location is great for all the activities in the area. In addition to the property being great the communication from the property management group was top notch answering all our questions and reaching out leading up to our trip and instantly responding when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property and this rental group.

By Dixie, Posted: 03/25/2024Very comfortable spot for 8 of us to enjoy. Kids had own beds and space to retreat/enjoy. Great clubhouse/workout facility I enjoyed and pool use was great for our kids. Plus a nice separate work space a few of us used. Everything we needed was supplied and the hosts kept in excellent contact. A great option to enjoy Steamboat!

From the first contact to ask for more details on Eagle Ridge Landing, the service and knowledge given by every SLC employee was simply the best I’ve encountered! Eagle Ridge is a fabulous 4/3.5 unit, just like the website descriptions. Large enough for several more, it was perfect for the four of us, plenty of room to spread out during our 6 night stay. The shuttle service was timely, but we were so close to the Gondola that we actually walked several times. Hot Tubs and heated pool were a short walk away. We are already planning our next ski trip, and we will definitely use Steamboat Lodging Company!!

By Rick, Posted: 03/02/2023Great townhome and was well stocked with TP, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters and kitchen utensils which is a big plus. Great location, only thing that could have been better was the hot tub gate was padlocked on our end so we had to walk around and very few of hot tub jets were functioning. It was also not very hot at times. Shuttle was great. I'd stay there again - thanks!

By Rebecca, Posted: 11/29/2022My family and I really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday in this large condo. It was very comfortable and had all the cooking amenities we needed. We appreciated the quick shuttle service to the ski resort as well as to town. Not many people were staying in the village at the time so we had the hot tubs to ourselves. Overall it was an awesome trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Eagles Landing again!

The property is close to the base too. We had several kids under ten in our group and the Steamboat Lodging Company shuttle service was so convenient to use. We will be back!

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and if we couldn't we just used Steamboat Lodging Company's free shuttle. We spent a day skiing and a day hiking and enjoyed many different restaurants! The ski/snowboard rental was so quick and easy, located right at the base. The private balcony, hot tub, and fireplace were huge hits! I would go back without a doubt and highly recommend this to anyone!! :)

By Kathryn, Posted: 12/03/2021We came to Steamboat and stayed with Steamboat Lodging Company at EagleRidge Landing for a girls retreat this fall and loved it. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 6 ladies. We try to get together every fall in a new mountain town and we fell in love with Steamboat. This home is close to the mountain and has lots of things around it you can walk to including a cute grocery store/coffee shop called Wild Plum. We loved the neighborhood pool & hot tub and even roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Inside, the kitchen was stocked and we cooked dinner at home 2 of our 4 nights. The bedding felt clean and new and it was nice to have fans in each room. Mountain feeling throughout and overall, a great spot to spend time in while in Steamboat. Make sure to chat with the team at Steamboat Lodging Company about their favorite restaurants!

By Nick, Posted: 11/12/2021We stayed at EagleRidge Landing this fall and it was the perfect mountain retreat for us. We brought a group of eight and while we filled every bed, it still felt spacious. First off, the location by the community pool & hot tub is amazing and we made sure to take advantage of those with the kids. We loved the plush bedrooms and the sheets felt really clean and nice. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking in a few nights really easy. We used the texting service with Jake a ton to get restaurant recommendations and when we had a small issue with the gas fireplace. Steamboat Lodging Company is second to none on customer service and we really enjoyed the little snacks they left us when checking in. 10 outta 10 for this place!
