We had an amazing stay at Lucky Snowflake with two other families. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us and the property had everything we needed for our stay. The home and surrounding area was beautiful and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we did in Steamboat. I’d highly recommend this property. Management was awesome and quick to answer any questions we had. We were sad to leave when our trip was over!

Love this place! Our family came up this winter for a ski trip and this home was everything you see and more. I rarely say this but the photos don't do it justice. The owners & Steamboat Lodging Company thought of everything when it comes to this place and we can't say enough about it. We used every ounce of space with our group of 10 and it still felt roomy and private. The kids and adults loved the hot tub! We didn't get to use the decks much, but that was mainly because it was SO SNOWY while we were there. The public bus to the resort is really close so we took that most of the time instead of paying to park. Finally, your kids (and adults, I won't lie) will love, love, love the game room. It has it all and I was able to teach my 7 year old how to play the original Pac Man, what a treat! Stay here, you won't regret it.

Beautiful home, well stocked with all amenities. Very comfortable! Loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Easy walk to the mountain and fabulous shuttle service. Will definitely return!

My family and I traveled to Steamboat for the first time in over 16 years! We were able to connect with a friend that lives in Steamboat and two others from Denver (all of which my husband has been friends with since the 4th grade). Getting together with our families and spending time on the mountain was amazing! Having a house on a lake near our hometown, we don’t really travel much. The Lucky Snowflake and the Steamboat Lodging Company FAR exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was fantastic! We were able to cook a big meal to share with our friends/families and not once needed something that wasn’t at our fingertips. The shuttle made getting around town unbelievably easy (thank you Michael, Jake, et al.) and just added to the overall experience. I cannot say enough about the lodging itself, but I also know that our experience was greatly attributed to Steamboat Lodging Company, their staff, and the constant contact and checking in. THANK YOU!!!!!

We just spent an amazing week at Lucky Snowflake. The property was beautiful and immaculate, well appointed, and spacious for our large group. The shuttle service was outstanding as was the lodging company. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Steamboat and will highly recommend to all our friends and family! We thank you for making our stay the absolute best it could be.

This is the first time we had a ski vacation and did not stay at a larger condo rental property. Wow, what a difference. Space, natural light, comfortable furniture. Instead of being a vacation of skiing and then cramped into a condo, being in Lucky Snowflake was a relaxing vacation. My wife who does not ski had a vacation too. I think it was the first time we had been in a ski rental that the kitchen had more than just salt and pepper. The townhouse is well appointed right down to yoga mats and a foam roller. Thank you!

House was a perfect for large group with great view of mountain. Peggy did an outstanding job of making sure everything was in order and checked in to make sure all was okay.

SBL Co is a professional and very accommodating group to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a management company! Lucky Snowflake has plenty of room and is very well stocked. We were as comfortable there as we are in our own home. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable. LH

We had an amazing time at the Lucky Snowflake! The proximity to skiing and great sledding was awesome. The townhome was beautiful and clean. It was a great size for two families with a bunch of kids. The shuttle service was very convenient and everyone was very responsive. Thanks so much for making our stay great-we will be back!

We travel frequently all over the world. I preface with that because we have stayed in many different places. Lucky Snowflake was the nicest by far. The home exceeded our expectation. Most of the time the pictures you find on the internet are not a true depiction of what the place ends up being. That is the opposite of Lucky Snowflake. The internet pictures are beautiful, but the place in person is breathtaking. What sets this home apart from the others we have stayed in is the management team. The home is fully stocked with any and every dish, appliance, games, and even all the necessary toiletry items. We brought all the cleaning supplies and paper goods but didn’t need to use what we brought because the management team made sure we had enough of everything for our stay. We were able to have all of our groceries delivered. The property management is available 24 hours 7 days per week. They even worked on Thanksgiving to ensure all the tenants had what they needed. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We never felt like an inconvenience. This team went over and beyond making sure we arrived safely and called when we left to make sure we didn’t need anything and that we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this particular home; however, I would even rent any property from this team. We will be returning!

Lucky Snowflake was a perfect vacation rental for our fall break. The house is beautiful and has all of the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The upper deck has the perfect view of the mountain and slopes. We can’t wait to go back in the winter to watch the downhill skiers/snowboarders in action. The hot tub in the backyard was a wonderful way to end the day and see the starts. The master bedroom has beautiful views and all of the beds were very comfortable. It is perfect for big or small groups and the location was great! We cannot wait to go back!

The home was perfect of for my family. Space for the young kids, big kids, and adults alike. Very clean and wonderful location. Will definitely be renting again!

This place is amazing! It's a brand new house and has everything for a perfect vacation. It is split over three big levels so there's room for everyone to stretch out. Five bedrooms plus some fun sleeping options meant everyone in our extended family could stay under one roof. The kids LOVED the game room, especially Pac-Man & shuffleboard and we loved the very private hot tub in the back. The views of the mountain are second to none and we even caught an alpenglow. Everything was thought out in this house from the stocked kitchen to the dining area to the three lounges. Finally, the location was less than a mile to the ski area so we walked over there to spend some time in the cool creek before an easy drive downtown for more exploring. Steamboat Lodging Company helped us when we couldn't figure out the door code and then gave us some great tips about what was open around town. Awesome Steamboat vacation!
