This spacious abode is split over three levels and features tons of natural light with vaulted ceilings. As you walk in, you're instantly greeted with warmth and luxury on the main level and find a plush living area with a crackling fireplace, large flat screen TV, and seating for your whole group. Use the sliding glass doors and find a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for an apres cocktail. Hungry? This home features a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining area with seating for four, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for two. There's also a grill on the lower level patio for when you want to cook al fresco.

Ready to rest easy? Head upstairs to find the Primary King Suite and small office nook, perfect for remote work. The Primary Suite features an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, large soaking tub, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. Head downstairs to the lower level and find the second lounge area equipped with a Queen pullout sofa and another flat screen TV, perfect for a movie night.   • Private ski storage is included with this home rental. Once you are at Steamboat Ski Area, store all your ski gear in the private ski locker located at the base. 
  • This townhome is located on a side street in the middle of downtown Steamboat. Expect some urban hustle and bustle if you stay here.
Please Note: This home comes with one attached garage parking spot (small SUV or smaller) and one parking garage spot during SKI SEASON months only. During the rest of the year, only the attached garage parking spot is available for guest use.
