Description
Be a part of the Steamboat community and enjoy urban living by staying downtown in the Alpen Glow Row House 6 townhome overlooking the Yampa River. Once your vehicle is parked in one of the two spots in the underground heated garage, there is no need to move it for the rest of your trip!

This beautiful pet-friendly, three-bedroom and townhome is split over three levels with vaulted ceilings. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and booth style dining area that seats up to eight. An inviting living room is centered around a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. A second lounge is located on the lower level with access to the private patio and gas grill.

You will find hotel-style luxury linens in all three of the bedrooms. The main Primary bedroom is located on the upper level with a King bed, attached bathroom with dual sinks, and adjacent loft perfect for grabbing some quiet time. The second bedroom is located on the main level with a Queen bed and private access to the main level bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the lower level with two twin beds and shares a hallway accessed bathroom. Finally there's overflow sleeping in the lower level lounge with custom made Twin bunk beds.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Primary bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, two Twins in the third bedroom and Twin bunks in the lower level lounge. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Please Note: This townhome is located on a side street in the middle of downtown Steamboat. Expect some urban hustle and bustle if you stay here!

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added to your reservation at time of checkout.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the labeled spots #11 & #12 in the heated underground garage. No parking allowed in alley.
