Great time with family, great location, clean house with everything you need. Had car but used the Shuttle to go to the Mountain Base, very convenient.

The Cascades property was a great fit for my family. We enjoyed having enough space for all and a garage for all our bikes to stay safely. The management folks were organized and helpful and it was very clean! We would happily stay again and recommend. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family ski trip to Steamboat and our stay in the Cascades at EagleRidge, Hood #2 townhome. The townhome was very comfortable for seven of us and the kitchen was one of the most well stocked I’ve ever seen in a rental. We had everything we needed to cook family dinners. The location was close to the base, definitely walkable, but we also utilized the free shuttle quite often which was very convenient when going to base, the grocery store or downtown.

We cannot say enough about our recent experience. The townhouse was well stocked and comfortable. It had everything from a heated boot rack to games galore to a well stocked kitchen. While not really close enough for our family to walk easily to the lifts, the shuttle available was came right to our door, the drivers were very helpful with skiis etc, snd we never had to wait very long. Any question we had was handled promptly and cheerfully. We will definitely be returning to a Steamboat Lodging property!

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The shuttle service provided by Steamboat Lodging Company made having a car unnecessary. Shuttle waits were generally 5-10 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. The SBShuttle App was easy to use!  Good value for the money. While there were a few issues encountered with the unit, servicemen came to fix any reported issues expeditiously and effectively. The staff in the office was helpful in every possible way.

We absolutely loved staying here. The property was perfect and I’m hard to impress! The set up is great, there was plenty of room for our family of four plus my mother. The kitchen is stocked well with what we needed to make Christmas Eve dinner. The living area is comfortable and the beds were wonderful, highly exceeded all of our expectations for a rental property. The location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the base to ski all day and then most days we took the shuttle home. The provided shuttle service was also a huge plus. It was easy to use and very quick, it was super helpful for getting around. I think this is the first rental property we would honestly say we will stay at again.

We really enjoyed our time in Steamboat. We didn't ski this trip, but the location is perfect for future trips. The condo was comfortable and fit our family of 5 perfectly. We will be back!

This house was a great find! We were a group of 8 and we’re very comfortable in this house. I would book this unit again! We stayed off season but this was a quiet neighborhood so close to the resort. Not a far drive from shops and restaurants, really a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. Three full bathrooms, a miracle for a group of 8 women. Easy to get in and out instructions. Our only constructive criticism is that the pull out sofa could use a foam topper. It’s was a bit too uncomfortable for use as is.

We had a lovely time in Steamboat. Steamboat Lodging and the Cascades at EagleRidge were great. Steamboat Lodging (like sister Winter Park Lodging) consistently delivers attentive and timely service. I appreciate timely return of calls and help with questions on the local area. The Cascades was a perfect base, comfortable and well stocked. The homes, townhomes and condos consistently meet expectations.

Wonderful place! Lots of space and loved the common areas! Been coming to steamboat for 33 years to celebrate my brothers bday! Lots of friends and family all comfortably enjoyed this place! Everything was wonderful! One tiny suggestion would be just for more kitchen items, measuring cups, etc! But other than that tiny tiny thing this place was amazing!! Hope to stay again next year! Hot tubs were fantastic, shuttle service amazing, cozy spot.

This townhome was great for our latest ski vacation and is really close to the mountain. We walked there 4 outta 5 days when we wanted to go skiing. Inside, the decor is all new and the bedding is so luxurious and clean. The kitchen is stocked for cooking at home which we loved. There are hot tubs within a short walk of this place and we really enjoyed warming up there. We used the Steamboat Lodging Company winter shuttle quite a bit to get around town and also loved the texting option with their guest team. We did get locked out once but the maintenance guy came over to help us right away. Overall, loved this townhome and you will too!

The condo we rented was clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you to the fabulous shuttle drivers for getting us around!

We had 10 people for our ski trip including 6 teenage boys and this place was perfect. We had plenty of room to watch movies on the big couch or to play games. Meal time felt like we were feeding a small army and we had plenty of dishes with the well stocked kitchen, grill and appliances. The place was cozy and relaxing and the customer service was excellent including getting extra towels delivered in minutes and quick shuttle rides to the base or around town. I’d definitely stay with them again.

We had a great stay at The Cascade. There's plenty of room and sleeping options, along with the place being very clean upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you'd need for cooking during the stay and the responsiveness of the manager was impressive.

We were delighted with this choice, very clean and well maintained. Everything we need to have a wonderful family fubcation. All we needed to provide was food and fun. Peggy and her team were responsive and helpful during our stay. Suggestions for activities were great. Would be happy to return to this beautiful location and recommend this management company for their well maintain properties.

Place was perfect. Super easy to get to base area, hot tubs were shared but always empty and very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was clean and the property management team was in easy contact. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the Cascades at EagelRidge Hood 2 during our recent visit to Steamboat Springs. It was a very nice place, and kept up very well. Nice quiet neighborhood. Peggy at Steamboat Lodging was very helpful from the time we first booked to the time we checked out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat for a ski trip. The accommodations were fantastic. We had 8 in the condo and all were very comfortable. The shuttle service is really a plus, we called and within 15 minutes we on the mountain or back home. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We were in town from Reno, NV, for a wedding and found this gem! I travel a lot for work a pleasure using AirBnb, VRBO, Home Away, etc. and this property is probably the nicest rental place I've ever been to. It had everything we ever needed and more. My favorite aspect of the property is the quality of the place. You can tell it was very thought out and the property manager did not skimp on anything. One of my pet peeves is cheap household items that simply fill space. This location had very high quality EVERYTHING and is probably nicer than my own apartment! Another great side of the place is the communication of the property managers. They were extremely helpful and had many forms of communication to address any need; from email, text messages, and phone calls. I truly felt like they actually cared about our stay. I wish every rental was like this and look forward to renting again! It is highly recommended. Andrew Johnson

Lovely Townhouse, well equipped, and clean. We enjoyed our stay. One note the mattress in the Master Bedroom needs replacing. We nicknamed it the "Canoe" since there are two very deep sleeping holes. I ended up sleeping on the couch for back support.

The place was great for our large group, plenty of space to spread out. Had everything we needed and more from the garage to the hot tub to the new kitchen appliances- we loved it all. The location was good plus the free shuttle to the lifts and town was a nice bonus!

Two friends and I booked a fly fishing trip through Yampa Valley Anglers in Steamboat Springs and booked our lodging at Cascades at Eagle Ridge through Steamboat Lodging Company. The townhome was a 3 bedroom/3 bath and was in excellent condition. I found Steamboat Lodging to be very attentive and the stay was hassle-free. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to stay in the Steamboat area.

Hood #2 was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. It was a tiny bit tight for our extended family of 10, but not uncomfortably so, and the location, customer service, and price (way better than any comparable property elsewhere on the internet) were all top-notch. Special thanks to Peggy and the Steamboat Lodging Company team, who answered all of our questions and handled our one minor issue without delay or complaint. We'll definitely be booking through them again.

Great stay in Steamboat- and the four feet of new snow helped make the vacation pretty exciting. We loved the great room with large windows, comfy furniture and stone fireplace. Our kids stayed up one night playing scrabble for 4 hours. So much fun- thanks for a memorable vacation!

We loved this townhome near the base of Steamboat! Our group loves to cook and the kitchen set up was great. We also loved the open floor plan and at one point we had two different football games on. The only issue we had was our grocery delivery, but the staff at Steamboat Lodging Company made that right fast! They brought over the items we needed within an hour. Thanks for a great trip and keep up the good work you do!
