Waterford Community is a 10-15 minute walk to Steamboat Resort along paved walking paths/sidewalks and includes some elevation change. Approximately 3.5 miles from Downtown Steamboat Springs. 

There is room for two compact or midsize cars in the heated garage & two compact or midsize cars in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. DO NOT park vehicles in the area adjacent to the driveway near the pool gate.

This property is pet-friendly for one dog ($25 per night fee). Request to bring a pet must be made at the time of booking.
