Waterford 23

The Waterford 23 was a great place for us to stay in Steamboat. There were 8 of us and surely plenty of room. Also enjoyable to have a private hot tub and sauna! Kitchen was large and allowed us to eat in most every meal. The lodging company team was fantastic to work with. Always responsive and their shuttle team was excellent! We will be back!

Our stay at Waterford 23 over the summer was nothing less than fantastic. First, we got to bring our dog and that was the main reason we booked. But when we got there, the home is decorated perfectly and had loads of room for our family of 6. The pool was amazing and very close, we could even hear the kids in the pool from the deck. Beds were comfy and the sheets were ultra soft. No AC, but that's ok because it cools off at night, just open the windows. We walked over to the Resort a few times to eat at the new food hall and play in the creek. 10/10 for us and for Steamboat Lodging Company!

We had a great time staying at the Waterford Townhomes. There was a nice deck for morning coffee, a fully stocked kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the sheets! It was a very relaxing place to stay!

Condo was perfect. Great location, clean, and comfortable. Hot tub was a must for me and the guys after a long day of skiing. And the beds! Let me tell you about the beds, probably the most comfortable mattress ever. My closest 6 friends and I found ourselves fast asleep easily, dreaming of figure 8 turns at The Boat. Hot soaks and cozy nights for the win!

Wonderful condo for skiing in Steamboat! The development is a bit older, but the unit has been updated with all the necessities. The place is very comfortable and well appointed. When we arrived, the unit was spotless which is very important to us. We loved having the shuttle to take us to/from the lifts as well as into town when needed. It was extremely convenient and easy to use. The property management is wonderful and very responsive. Having the hot tub at the condo was really nice as well at the end of the day of skiing. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo was in an excellent location within walking distance of resort or a quick shuttle ride away. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots and pans/utensils etc. The host was very responsive to any inquiries, prior to arrival and while there. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, no key needed, codes sent to you in advance. Check-out instructions were brief which is always appreciated. Appreciated having two tables for eating and/or games/puzzles.

Our family had a lovely stay and hit the fall colors just right. The townhome is well stocked and has all the basics one needs. Beds are comfortable and cozy. We loved the fireplace. I would only advocate for better/bigger bath towels. Thanks!

We stayed in Waterford 23 for three nights in September 2022. We chose it because we have a puppy and it was one of the few places that accepted dogs. The people at Steamboat Lodging were easy to work with and very organized. Everything unfolded the way that they said it was. The property was super clean and well positioned and I would highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying at this location. Our family of 6 adults and 1 dog love staying here. The updates even from last summer are very nice, the home is very comfortable and easily accommodates a group. We hiked, fished and went paddle boarding at Lake Pearl. Beautiful lake and not at all crowded. Thank you for sharing your home, we definitely hope to stay again!

The unit was very clean and had everything you might need. Really, everything from the furnishings to the private hot tub and sauna were great. We particularly enjoyed the pool right next door! The staff was really responsive and helpful. It was a rainy weekend but we had a great time. We'll be back!

We had a lovely time in Steamboat. Waterford 23 had plenty of room for our family. The bus stop up the street took us directly to the ski resort. We ran out of towels for the hot tub, but Beck from Steamboat Lodging Company brought us some right away! The kids loved the bunk room. We’ll be back!

The Waterford was perfect for our stay. Full day on the slopes complimented by a soak in the hot tub. Steamboat Lodging was excellent and helped us throughout the trip. We will definitely be back in the future!

Our family of 8 had such a fun time at Waterford 23 this July! The proximity of this townhome to the pool is awesome and we cooled off there every afternoon and it was really private. We could also walk to the mountain on the core path that is just a few steps away from the complex. We want to come back this winter and stay here, it's so close to the slopes!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Beds were incredibly comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the wood used in the bedroom with the bunk beds; gorgeous! The sauna & hot tub were a true pleasure to come home to after skiing. Spent our evenings enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. Great location and the shuttle service was phenomenal; I don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes. Thank you again for the lovely accommodations.

We were in town to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and ski. The property management company was so helpful and sweet. They worked hard to help locate a package we’d had mailed as well. The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything you could ask for. We had such a great time and recommend the property to others for a great time! Thank you!!

Nice town home, well appointed and clean. Close to the resort and enjoyed the mountain biking. Would recommend!
