The condo was as described with a great view of the river from the primary bedroom and living room/balcony. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was great being downtown within walking distance to everything.

My had and I had an excellent stay in our rental. The staff was very helpful and responsive. They were friendly and responded to all our questions quickly and gave tips for our trip. The rental was clean and comfortable and the views were terrific! We will definitely use Steamboat Lodging Company in the future!

A well equipped beautifully appointed condo to enjoy ski vacay. Was easy to get to the mountain on free town bus: and to enjoy the restaurants, brewery, bakery , book store and shops in town Lovely spread ski time spent on the balcony : with beautiful views on river while sun went down Steamboat Lodging Company was very responsive and helpful.

Loved this place. Great location and lots of space. The booking team was also great as well. Would highly recommend this place!

Nice condo, with a perfect location, on a quiet street across from the Yampa River. A few highlights: the condo was clean and had basic supplies; I enjoyed the balcony with a view; my husband enjoyed being able to fish right across the street; and our kids liked the playground a block away. It was a great spot for our family and would definitely recommend!

Excellent condo for 2 couples. Roomy condo on the Yampa river with beautiful views and everything was thought of for a wonderful visit. Two Comments: 1. Bed was too soft- both couples expressed this. Made the bedding too warm. 2. Faucet on kitchen sink was loose. Otherwise- everything was great and we loved staying there.

The unit was great. We just experienced daily issues trying to get the car out of the garage because of a problem with opener (probably battery)

I was in Steamboat to attend The Yampa Valley Crane Festival. This condo is in the perfect location to event activities, dining, shopping and everything Steamboat has to offer. It's meticulous and has a well equipped kitchen. I especially enjoyed the special touch with the fun goody bag and the Aveda products in the bathrooms.

This was a great experience! The condo was just as described and very well furnished with all the needed kitchen utensils. And, best of all, the location cannot be beat. The balcony and master bedroom are right across from the Yampa River, facing the mountain, and right outside you have the Yampa River walking/biking path that runs along the river for many miles both East and West. And if you walk up the hill for one block you are on Lincoln Avenue with lots of restaurants and shops. My wife and I spent a week there working and playing. She set up her office in the master bedroom on the supplied desk with a view of the Yampa River and mountains, and I set up my rented monitors on the dining room downstairs. Since we both have office on the East Coast, we started working early and were done by 3:30 pm to enjoy the outdoors. The condo is managed by the Steamboat Lodging company, and they were excellent hosts. They answered all my questions,and were very helpful.

Our condo was clean, comfortable and the perfect location for two skiers and two non-skiers. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals in. We have rented homes and condos all over the world, but have never had customer service as attentive as Steamboat Lodging Company. To start, they sent an email confirming our rental that included all the specifics on the condo and a very comprehensive list of services, shops and activities available in Steamboat. The discount they offered on lift tickets was impressive. Next, they called several times prior to the trip to offer assistance in planning our stay. We arrived to a terrific condo and just as we checked in, they called again to see if everything was satisfactory. It didn't stop there. After we checked out, they called to see if there were any maintenance issues that needed to be attended to prior to the next rental. I would feel 100% confident in renting any home or condo from this company. Footnote. I begin my searches for vacation rentals on VRBO, narrowing my choices based on ratings. Then I further refine my choices by eliminating individual owner managed property who are not considered "Premier Hosts". I always prefer to rent from professional rental agencies. So if you are still reading this and are an individual managing your own property, make the switch to Steamboat Lodging Company.

We stayed at Waterside Village C for four nights and could not fault the quality of the accommodation or the cleanliness. The location is excellent and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Steamboat. Highly recommended!

Lovely condo and great location. We normally stay on the mountain, close to the ski resort but we mixed it up this year and loved it; especially for the non-skiers in our group. They were able to walk to all the shops which made it very convenient. We didn't realize that there was a spa below us, so may have to check that out next year. Also they have high quality cook ware which was greatly appreciated since we do cook some of our meals. Highly recommend this condo.

We stayed at Waterside Village C this summer while visiting Steamboat for the first time and this condo was one of the best parts of our stay. The location is second to none if you want to take advantage of everything downtown, especially the tasty restaurant and day spa that are right downstairs from the condo. From top to bottom, this condo was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We came with another couple and the layout was great for giving us each our own space. The views of the mountains and river are breathtaking and there's also a fun little park right around the corner if you have kids. Steamboat Lodging Company stayed in touch with us before and during our stay which was so nice when we had a small issue with the disposal. Make sure to ask Jake about his favorite places to eat, he gave us great recommendations. Overall, 10 out of 10!
